For concept only: Shake Shack
Challenge:
Create two email offers in the distinct Shake Shack brand voice. The first email should drive repeat large delivery orders. The second email targets repeat guests (transacted 2-6 months ago) encouraging them to return to Shake Shack.
Solution:
For the high AOV email offer, the headline speaks to staying home and ordering in while the body copy and the CTA include language acknowledging these guests have placed a large order. The concept is cognizant of restaurants reopening as Covid-19 restrictions are eased, and some people may still feel more comfortable ordering in. For the high opportunity guest offer, the headline and CTA speak to satisfying that familiar Shake Shack craving while the body copy acknowledges these are repeat guests.
