SPEC Newspaper Ad: Green Gardens

Challenge:

Create a one-page newspaper ad for houses in Green Gardens, an environmentally friendly subdivision (fake company), designed to increase sales leads for prospective purchases. The ad targets cost-conscious married couples ages 30 to 45 looking for safe neighborhoods in which to raise their children.

Solution:

Green Gardens offers the possibility of living in an eco-friendly, quality home with cost-efficient utilities in an engaging neighborhood at no greater cost than an equivalent non-environmentally friendly neighborhood. The messaging drives home these benefits with a sincere tone and a clear call to action directing readers to register at the Green Gardens website.
